Ultra rare tunic of Untersturmfurer who served in the 15^ waffen grenadier der ss.
The tunic has two pleated patch breast pockets and slash patch hip pockets. The left breast has the original loops for one award. The sleeves have fold back French cuffs. The upper left sleeve has an officer’s bullion hand made sleeve eagle.
The right hand side black wool unit collar tab features hand embroidered SS runes in silver/aluminum wire threads. The runes are the very narrow type, often seen on foreign volunteers tunics.
The interior of the tunic is fully lined in grey-green rayon. The lining has one horizontal hip pocket for the sword or dagger hangers.
A very desirable and hard to find tunic.
